Snodgrass Funeral Homes is an independent, family owned and operated funeral home with three locations in southern Alberta.  We are currently searching for dedicated, caring and enthusiastic people to join our team.  

Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer

Presently we are seeking an experienced licensed Funeral Director or Funeral Director/Embalmer (3-10 years).  The perfect candidate would be rounded in all facets of funeral service and willing to work every third weekend in rotation with other team members.  Our perfect candidate would show attention to detail, work well both in a team environment as well as on their own.  Show leadership skills and have strong morals and integrity and a desire to serve our families with the utmost care.

 

Full-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company while providing administrative support across the organization.

Duties include greeting, welcoming and directing guests and families as soon as they arrive at the office; Answer, Screen and Forward incoming calls and emails to appropriate co-workers and provide support to multiple funeral directors 

Skills include proficiency in a variety of Microsoft Office Suite programs, excellent organizational skills; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and Ability to multitask.
