My name is S.T. and I would like to express my gratitude, appreciation, and respect for the excellent work of Breane Vandresar. I recently lost my husband, in September 2021. Breane worked with me, my daughter, and my family in a very professional, compassionate and supportive manner. She was helpful with explaining the process, in completing the paperwork, and with the draft copy of the obituary. Breane made our experience feel comforting and special when she offered suggestions about bringing in specific clothing and items that we wished to have Paul dressed in prior to his cremation. She suggested that we could bring in other personal and meaningful belongings that were special to my husband that could be placed with him. Also, she let the family know that we could bring in our own personal items, letters and cards that could be placed with him. On the day of the viewing, Breane surrounded us with her time, professionalism, compassion, kindness, support and love to me, my daughter and my family. She made our experience feel personal and special. Rachel, though very busy, gave us her undivided attention while we were there. All staff me the requests we had and filled them to their best. The extra effort they put into the video display and addition of the fly over was above and beyond and we are forever thankful. At such a stressful time, all staff I dealt with and behind the scenes made this event go off without and hitch and with no extra strife. Thank you
