We, at Snodgrass Funeral Homes, acknowledge that some information we require is personal information that families may not want used other than for the purpose which it was given. For this reason we have created this privacy policy to affirm our commitment to maintaining your privacy.  

The personal information we collect is needed to:

	arrange and provide our services.
	identify the next-of-kin or legally authorized person.
	comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
	continue to assist you after the time of your loss.

We will not sell, trade or release personal information you have provided unless we are required by law or if you have authorized us to do so or if it is required to provide you with a service or product in keeping with your instructions.

We will release a next-of-kin’s name and address to a charity wishing to acknowledge receipt of donations in your behalf unless otherwise advised.
